Builders FirstSource: A Great Place to Work
We are very proud to have worked with Builder’s FirstSource, Inc. (“BLDR” on NASDAQ) to showcase a day in the life of their workforce for three key positions: Drivers, Assemblers, and Sales Team.
The goal with this series is to provide potential new hires with a look inside the position that they are applying for as well as familiarize applicants with the many benefits of working at BLDR.
The video shoot spanned three days and included gimbal, aerial drone, and vehicle footage. Interviews were conducted by the Byline team in both English and Spanish. The editorial process was complex and underwent heavy review by marketing, HR, safety, and upper management to ensure all departments were satisfied with the final products.
The team at Byline was honored to showcase the hard working men and women at BLDR and to demonstrate the benefits of working for the company.
